Our units are all the same size, 10' x 12'. They are priced at $75 per month.

Rent is due on the first day of the month for each month of occupancy, unless other arrangements are made with Steve Storage management.

A new customer/rental will receive a pro-rated charge for the move in month.

On move out, if the unit is occupied on the first of the month rent is owed for that entire month.

Our doors are 94 inches wide by 84 inches tall, and are roll-up doors that are easy to operate and coil up once opened. If you have specific door requirements, talk to our manager and he or she will find the best solution for your need and be able to provide specific door measurements.
